Key Lime Pie
I use a pre-made graham cracker crust. You can find Key Lime juice at
some grocery stores (often where they have drink mixes for liquor but
sometimes with the usual lemon and lime juices), probably at Trader
Joe's, and possibly at some higher end liquor stores. And, yes, you
might as well bake it after you put in the filling at 350 for 15 - 20
minutes; then cool it in the fridge for 4 hours. I usually put the
meringue on after the cooked pie has cooled a bit.
